Flour-Bombing Between Youths Turns Violent

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): At 4.30 pm on 10 April 2023, a fight broke out on the street in Takhmao city, Kandal province, between two youths on a motorbike and a gaggle of teenagers hanging out in the street, who flour and water-bombed the two motorcyclists. Then events turned nasty when the flour-bombers realised that the two motorcyclists were sworn enemies of their group, and began to hit them with their belts and helmets, and pelted them with stones.

Lt. Col. Yi Vanda, Takhmao City Police Inspector, said that the two youths on the motorbike were injured, and six youths ran away from the scene. All those involved were teenage students aged between 13 and 16 years old.
After the incident, the Takhmao City police intervened and chased down 6 suspects, who were then sent to the Kandal Provincial Prosecutor's Office for further legal proceedings.

I wonder what is a "sworn enemy" when you're 13 and play with flour with a 2010 Justin Bieber haircut...
Hopefully that's the last time they mess around with any kind of white powders ?
