It's something I have tried to stop several times but I always get back in the groove of it after a few weeks of abstinence. The negatives are it costs me about $700 to $800 a year (which is a flight home or a weekend away). Its also the reason why I am slightly overweight. When I do stop I don't miss it after a few days. But I always go back to it. No idea why.

Re: What's your vice? Poll.
1. Currently vice free.
This has been the status for a few years now, other than cigarettes which I may have finally kicked 6 months ago.
2. The Booze.
Went through a few periods (6-12 months) where it was a bit messy between 2007-2012-ish.
3. Pot.
Used to smoke a bit until mid twenties, nothing much more than a social thing. Last joint was on Soi Rambutri end of last year mainly because it was hard to believe after so many years we could sit around and do it unmolested.
4. I'm on the gear.
The gear has been the biggest challenge I've had to face and I was dealing with addiction for almost a decade. I've heard people say they don't have regrets as it has made them who they are today, or similar type platitudes. I've no problem admitting my drug use is a considerable regret - my life would probably be quite different for the better had I not got mixed up in all that jazz at that age.
5.Women/Men/Sex
Never been much of a player in this arena, not really a bar fine kinda guy. I like women, some women have liked me - my previous two partners have been great Asian women with our relationships based on respect, communication, wanting the other person to be happy in life etc. Not sure if partnership is for me in the future, however. Never say never, of course.
6.Gambling.
This is something I have never been interested in or attracted to.
7. Food.
Grew up with two older sisters who were/are obese and I think being witness to their struggles has kept me mindful of staying trim.
8.Pornography.
Use porn no more than the average single guy or gal, I guess - maybe twice a week.
9. Internet.
I'm currently online 12 hours a day. I'm OK with it for now as I'm soon to return to the workforce for six months which will see that engagement drop considerably.

Don't have a vice... but have many vices.
I'm here for a good time not a long time.

I think KfH may of been hacked by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
Yet their command of the English language was not able to decipher that; most of you are pretty fu%ked up!
Therefor a more decisive system of interpretation was implemented on CEO via a poll

Re: What's your vice? Poll.
I drive fast, that would be my vice.
Not to the point of having accidents or provoking some, but enough to get annoyed by cars without licences ( those little yoghurt pots with wheels)
or slow / old people driving under the limit for no reason.
So, i overtake a lot.
Having been a biker (no, not the HD style with the leather jacket and bandana, just the regular motorbikes without fancy stylish fashion stuff) for 30 years, and having lived in asia for a while, i'm frustrated by the slow motion traffic in France (and europe).
No, i never had any accidents, thanks. My biker life is behind me though, now that we're 3, and have shit weather half the time.
It's not looked at well though.
I don't drink and drive (i drink only wine, and with a meal), i do drive at a the legal speed when i'm stoned, and i drove myself home countless times on my bike after partying the whole night, stoned and not drunk, safely, even through winter and slippery roads...The fresh winter wind wakes you up, and the perspective of falling down on the cold asphalt kept me on alert anyway...
Does posting on CEO / TOF counts as a vice too ?

Re: What's your vice? Poll.
I don’t consider my drinking and smoking ( never any tobacco ) a vice unless I start before noon or 10 am ..
the rest are not vices , it’s life . And definitely no religion

Doesn't this poll discriminate those who prefer multi-substance recreational use?

Since there was no [select all] button, I chose food, lol. No sweet tooth though, I like the hearty, savory stuff. We just got our first air fryer, so we'll see what we can do with it.
