As of Sihanoukville, there is a new Marshall in Town and it seems, he is doing a great Job. Softversion in PP and I hope to see it soon, all over Camboland.

In the 20 house complex I live in in Snooky there are about 6 or 7 houses occupied by Russians. They mostly keep to themselves and are very quiet. Looks to me like there is/was a bunch of wanna-be mafia-punk hanger-ons around the main money Dons and they had been watching too many American gangster movies, and/or got away with their sh*t in mother Russia so thought they could do the same here. Also doesn't seem to be to many patch-holders anymore in Snookyville.

For all the good or bad you hear about Sihanoukville, it sounds like every man should experience the town for himself. Should've been there years ago and seen the Russian soap opera unfold in person. Russian billionaires, car bombs, bikers, and casino beatings in a "sleepy" beach resort town? Woaw.

There's still quite a lot of them in Snooky you see frequently. They've definitively not disappeared. And it would be totally new to me, that they're further attached to anything going on on the Russian side.

He's definitively NOT doing a great job. He just tries to do his job rather properly. But if you compare it to the ones before him, his "action" can seem like "doing a great job". Don't have a high opinion on him. Promised not even that much, but struggles to keep anything about it. Most likely just another chief who's full of shit - with the difference that he has a better understanding of self-marketing and getting himself into the right light.

Updated the title of this thread. The Russian Gunman was arrested at Five Men Microbrewery for the shooting in Queenco Casino back in February.

He and 2 buddies were arrested while drinking there. His buddies were both released and he remains detained.

They should have left the gunman and arrested the brewmaster for crimes to yeast, barley, hops, and water !

Reported in the Cambodia Daily today:

A Russian expatriate accused of shooting a man during a fight between two groups of foreigners at a Sihanoukville casino in February was charged with intentional violence Tuesday and sent to prison to await trial, officials said.

“We had issued a warrant to detain him, and he was charged with intentional violence with aggravating circumstances for using a gun to shoot other people,” Presiding Judge Ly Sophaneth said, declining to discuss the case further.

After months on the run, Roman Dragomir, 39, was arrested on Monday evening as he sat down to eat at the Five Men Fresh Beer Restaurant in Sihanoukville’s Bei commune. He spent the night in police custody before being sent to the court Tuesday morning, according to police.

Mr. Dragomir is at least the fourth man to be arrested over the February 13 brawl at the Queenco Hotel & Casino.......
