The 4 suspects arrested were
1. 17 years old Nath Sineth from Trapeang Veng Village, Prey Romdeng Commune, Kirivong District, Takeo Province.
2. 15 years old Kem Veasna, from Boeung Tumnup Village, Prey Romdeng Commune, Kirivong District, Takeo Province.

4. An unidentified suspect
The victim, 17 years old student Pring Thut Soda, was attacked by the four youths with a cleaver, but he ran off and escaped unharmed. Villagers who saw what happened, called the police, who arrived at the scene immediately and arrested two out of the 4 suspects; the other two suspects ran away.
The cause of the attack was a disagreement between the victim and the four youths. Currently, the competent authorities are searching for the two runaways and are building a case to go to court. The cleaver has been seized as evidence of intentional violence.
