Fatal Thai Stabbing in Chinese Compound in Sihanoukville, Cambodia

Cambodia News (Preah Sihanouk): On 26 March 2023, a Thai man was arrested by the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police in connection with a Thai national who was stabbed to death during to a verbal dispute at Room 10, Floor 3A of Lan Kui Fang Company Building in Village 6, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville Province.

According to the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police, the suspect was Wachirawit Kongthong, a Thai male, born in 2001, an employee of Lan Kui Fang Co. living at the above address, whilst the victim is TONSRI SAKNARONG, male, Thai national, born in 1983, also an employee living in Room 10, at the above address*.
Currently, the above suspects have been sent to the Sihanoukville Provincial Police to prepare the form and build a case for legal proceedings.
[* Probably a Chinese dormitory full of cyberslaves doing online fraud transactions for an illegal Chinese company that the Cambodian police have no knowledge of... ]
