So far all we know is that another business has seemingly failed and a smear campaign is making its rounds from someone who by his replies seem like a pretty difficult person to deal with.

Holding my judgement until both sides has spoken and evidence been looked at by the competent & specialized authorities.

OP is in his mid 30s and lives on a houseboat (well did) behind said bar, we can only assume he hit the grog constantly (explains the almost 50k investment into a barangs bar ) and also doesn't hang out with the most wise people in Kampot. I suspect he'll be cutting the money as a loss soon.

- Geoff's lawyer has said she wont represent him if I take my complaint to police/courts as he can't answer to certain inconsistencies in his claims against me. My legal complaint is being translated and submitted this week.

- Floating House. Actually not a big drinker but thanks for your concern. Never drank with Geoff off of the Arcadia site and rarely drank at Arcadia when living there. The investment is as I already explained. The flow of traffic between islands and Arcadia was what Geoff used to convince me of the value of the investment, and as I said earlier, across the time it was operational, it was off to a pretty good start.

Wow. You noticed the route but didn't notice where I outline the average profits (not including the return trip). Pretty sure I also said I wanted to change the route, which under our original agreement was my prerogative, but that Geoff blocked me from doing so. Anything else you noticed buddy?
