Funny Money: Massage parlour client

Post by phuketrichard »

LOL:
we know this story, but it bears repeating

On his way to buy a motorcycle yet felt the need for a massage>>

A man – no doubt lulled into a careless state after a relaxing massage – received a shock when he examined his wallet after a visit to a Phnom Penh massage parlour yesterday

Instead of the $100 bills that he had entered the establishment with, the man found his wallet stuffed with phoney $1000 notes

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh: On 22 March 2023, a man went to get a 10,000 riel massage on Street 371, Khan Dangkor, and then went home, but later that evening he came back to the massage parlor and accused two women masseuse of stealing $800 from his wallet.

The man said that before the incident, he had been out drinking, and then he went alone to the massage parlor to find a woman. When he entered the room, he lay face-down, with his wallet containing $900 in his pocket. At that time, the first woman who came to give him a massage did not please him, so then another woman came to give him a massage. Afterwards, the man paid her and drove off home on his motorbike.

But then, when he got home later, the man checked the money in his wallet, and he suddenly noticed that his US$ 800 in 100 dollar notes had been replaced by counterfeit copies of $1000. He called the Dangkor district police to say that he had been robbed at the massage parlor, and they went down there at once to question the suspects.

However, the two women suspects who were working at the massage shop, told the police that the man came for a massage at 7 pm, and while they were massaging him, he put his wallet in front of him with his hands on top of it.
After the massage, the man paid up and rode off, until he came back some hours later at about 12 midnight with the police, accusing the two women of switching US$800 in his wallet for fake 1000 banknotes during his massage.

The two masseueses denied the accusations of theft, saying that if they had stolen the money, they had had plenty of time to run away with it, because the customer came for a massage at 7pm and didn't return until after midnight.
The customer began to argue with the women, and they all disagreed, so the officers ended up taking everybody back to the police station for questioning and statements.
