Cambodia News, (Preah Sihanouk Province): Police of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police Inspectorate on March 13, 2023 sent three Chinese men to the Provincial Prosecutor's Office for questioning over a case of kidnapping and illegal detention. The three men are accused of detaining and attempting to extort money with menaces from a Chinese male hostage in Village 5, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.



During a police raid on March 10, 2023 at the above location,the Chinese hostage was freed and the three following suspects were arrested by the police:
1. WANG JIAN PING 23, male, Chinese.
2. HEI LONG JEANG, 38 years old, Chinese
3. ZHOU LAI, 28 years old, Chinese

After the arrest, the police confiscated 3 vehicles:
1. Black Audi with license plate Phnom Penh 2 AD 8796,
2. Black Range Rover with Cambodian license plate CAR .LIF 7
3. Black Range Rover with license plate Phnom Penh 2 AW 5665

Sihanoukville police officers also seized 2 firearms, bullets, iron bars, and some drugs, including WY pills and methamphetamine. The suspects are currently being questioned.

Is there a crackdown or is SNK just becoming more lawless?

Are the WY pills same as 'yaba'? Looks the same. I've never done it.. I've seen people after they took it.. they all behaved much the same, angry..on speed.
