Do schools in Phnom Penh still check for vaccine cards? Any information would be much appreciated.

Official MoLVT policy is that teachers in all educational institutes are required to be fully vaccinated for C19... whether all schools are enforcing that though is highly unlikely, they'd be better off enforcing policies such as all teachers must be suitably qualified for the position and provide regular Criminal background checks, etc.
