Glamorous Woman in Court for $100K "Stink Check"

Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): On the morning of March 8, 2023, a woman was arrested by the police from the Phnom Penh Municipal Bureau of Minor Offenses, who sent her to court in connection with a case of writing fraudulant checks.

The woman, 29-year-old Horn Saly, who lives in Sangkat Kantouk, Khan Kampol, Phnom Penh, was detained according to the arrest warrant issued by Mr. Kim Hong San Preah Deputy Prosecutor of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court. The arrest of Horn Saly follows a complaint by Oeun Monica for issuing a "Stink check" for about 100,000 US dollars.

The woman climbing out of the paddywagon doesn't look like the same person in the "glamorous" shot tho

With the mask and bad angle and lack of makeup/ fresh hairstyling that is not surprising. Compared to most of the others described as glamorous she still looks well.
