I think I've seen it all now when it comes to dumb foreigners in the KOW.
I'm sitting in a coffee shop and there'a a woman giving a staff member a hard time over the drink she's been served. I'm not close enough to hear the actual conversation but she looks enraged and keeps pointing at the drink she's been served. She's wearing a pair of bright pink headphones and every time the staff member talks to her, her face glows even brighter with rage as she bends down and angrily beckons the staff member move closer to her and repeat what was said, only louder, as she can't hear what she's saying.
The other staff are in hysterics and can't quite believe what's happening or why the customer won't simply remove her headphones so she can hear what that staff member is saying to her properly.
The cult of the Karens has finally arrived in Cambodia. God help us all.

She sounds like one of those people who make no attempt to learn any of the local language and probably couldn't even if they bothered trying to, but call them (random local people) stupid when they don't understand Karen's English, no matter how loud she yells at them.
