In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

P 5 and 6
Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

Re: new Red card system:
what happens every feb /march is a bunch of African Arab French show up and rent those tmax 150 cc bikes and terrorize the island by running red lights, overtaking on the wrong side and causing general mayhem especially up an down the west coast
One cut me off yesterday on the road between Kamala and Surin
Last week they and a group of russian bikers, created a real mess in Patong
two examples;
Feb 9th
French tourists arrested for driving around Patong making noise
Seven French tourists were arrested and fined by Phuket police last night for disturbing the peace with their motorcycles in the island’s party town of Patong . Police say they had received numerous complaints from residents and motorists after the fleet of noisy bikes was cruising the streets of Patong and revving their engines, creating a loud noise and excessive exhaust.
Feb 16th:
French Motorbike Rider Charged with Hit and Run After Thai Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Patong
The Patong Police told the Phuket Express today (February 16th) that last week on February 10th Mrs. Maliwan Sarnrat, 54, was crossing a small road in Soi Sai Namyen in Patong. She sustained severe injuries after she was hit by a motorbike. The rider did not stop.

Re: new Red card system:
Meanwhile, Kep was calm and peaceful....
Re: new Red card system:
Paragraph 3 is just as interesting.
After just one offence you get a yellow card and you will be denied permission to "stay in Thailand". Waat does that mean? Will you be denied entry at the airport or trying to check-in? For how long does this prohibition last for?
Is your passport stamped accordingly?
Does this mean that when your current visa expires your "visit" has concluded and you cannot obtain an extension?
They come up with these things and then realise it is unworkable and drop them, meanwhile these scare stories live on the internet forever.
From those pictures Phuket seems to have gone downhill lately.

Re: new Red card system:
Hope it's workable - seems like a great idea to me. People always seem to forget that they are a guest in their host country. Obviously they will need to clarify what a 'cardable' offense is and then manage it. But, if just by issuing a press release it discourages dickheads, then that's a win also.phuketrichard wrote: ↑Wed Mar 01, 2023 6:20 pm ‘Red card’ system launched for ‘bad foreigners’ in Phuket

You know that tingly little feeling you get when you really like someone? That's common sense leaving your body.
