Kiss That Money Goodbye?
Here's a hypothetical situation. There was a person who was three months late renewing their visa. That is approximately an extra $450. Is there any way that he/she could find an agreeable visa agent that can negotiate maybe a little bit lower price. So instead of paying $450 extra you might be able to pay $225. Is this a realistic possibility or just kiss the $450 good-bye. If someone knows ---I won't hold you responsible--- PM me.
Re: Kiss That Money Goodbye?
Three months overstay does not equate to $450, more like $900 minimum.

They must be going by the old $5 a day overstay rate, it was changed about 7 years ago.

$10 per day
Re: Kiss That Money Goodbye?
No, it's $10 per day, and as far as I know, there are no discounts.

Does it ever max- out. It's a terrible idea. But does it.?

The amount of money in your bank limits it. And then there's deportation. And a ban if you're lucky.kritsana77 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 12:03 pm Does it ever max- out. It's a terrible idea. But does it.?

Re: Kiss That Money Goodbye?
SO ASAP go down to my nice visa lady in Toul Tom Pong and hand over the cash.
Re: Kiss That Money Goodbye?
Ask her first up to which overstay they will allow her to handle. They might want to see 'the overstaying person' in person @ their Pochentong Palace, but maybe visa Lady can tell you.kritsana77 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 12:11 pm SO ASAP go down to my nice visa lady in Toul Tom Pong and hand over the cash.
If she doesn't know, better send 'the overstaying person' with the cash to the Department of Immigration. Don't let him or her be bothered with being there early, they love lazy mornings there.
