Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): Last night, at around 11:00pm on February 10, 2023, in Dongkor, Phnom Penh, two motorcyclists were severely injured in a DUI accident, allegedly caused by a drunk police officer.

The victims were on a Honda Dream motorbike (Kompong Chhnang 1H-9386) driving north to south when they were hit by a Camry (PNH 2AA-6658), driven by drunk police officer Sok Chandy (ID No. 2889). The officer tried to drive off in an attempt to escape from the accident scene, but the car was blocked by nearby tuk-tuk drivers who saw the accident. However, ironically, the drunk driver then abandoned his Camry car and escaped in a hired tuk-tuk.

The accident victims on the motorcycle were taken to a nearby hospital, and all the damaged vehicles were taken to the police station to await further proceedings.

Yes, and the competent authorities have absolutely no idea who this was at all because Sok Chandy spent the evening at home watching soap operas with his wife.
Silence, exile, and cunning.
