When I lived full-time in Sihanoukville back in 2016, we rented a beautiful 4 bedroom house for $650 until our 2nd year was up, Chinese came and then our landlord wanted $4k/month…LOL. Those were the days. Now the house is completely trashed and disgusting. Too bad.
