2 Bagsnatch Failures Recorded on CCTV in 5 Minutes

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On February 4, 2023, a street camera filmed a Cambodian bagsnatcher on a motorcycle, as he attempted and failed in two consecutive robbery attacks against two different Chinese pedestrians, at the same spot, close to a popular Chinese expat area in Phnom Penh, by the Prey Tea traffic lights.
According to the CCTV, the two robbery attempts occurred only 5 minutes apart, as the first incident was recorded at 5:49 pm, and the second was at 5:54 pm.

Fortunately, in both cases the victims were unharmed by the attacks.

In the second set of photos, he would have been better off grabbing the phones as those two guys seem completely oblivious to anything around them.

Don't they work in teams of two anymore? Who can drive and snatch at the same time, it's just too much coordination required!
