I don't have any of those issues. I had a fiber optic connection before and don't notice any difference. My son is often playing online and we sometimes both watch different Netflix content at the same time and there's no lag I notice.

I am told $15.00 for regular speed and $18.00 for high speed I wonder if any difference or is the $3.00 extra just blowing smoke ?

I have no idea how they compare but for the sake of three lousy bucks I went for the (advertised) better one.

well had the SMART home modem working since last Thursday . I opted for the $18 a month pay three months get 4 months . Wished i had done it sooner just as good a Opennet was at $35.00 a month works well so far so good running wifi on two computers , two Netflix all is good ... recommended
