Accident Victim Lying on the Road is Killed by BMW Woman Driver

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On January 8, 2023, at 10pm, there was a news report of a 12-year-old boy who was knocked off his motorbike in a collision with another bike, and who was then run over and killed by a woman driving a BMW car, (license plate number 2AX.8987), while the accident victim was lying there unconscious.

According to the CCTV video, the two victims on the Honda Scoopy motorbike were driving fast when they crashed into another big motorbike, catapulting the two on to the road surface. Then, while the 12-year-old victim was lying unconscious on the road, the woman in the BMW suddenly accelerated and ran over his head before driving away from the accident scene.
Police are obviously searching for the driver of the BMW. (They have the license plate number, so this should be possible.)

The thing is I bet she's happy she killed him and not maimed him.
Much pet cheaper to pay a one off amount for compensation than 20 years of medical bills.
Funny old world.

Think i saw this video before of the incident and even if it's no excuse that maybe she were on her phone, panicked and hit the wrong pedal or whatever she was not the cause of the initial accident.

Anyone who think that she saw a kid in the street and just could not resist the blood thirst to kill and ruin her own life is a bigger moron then me.

is that all a child in Cambodia is worth nowadays?
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST
