I tried working on the photo in Photoshop, but the quality is too bad. But I have a feeling it might be a Cambodian team?

I thought so too, but then a look at the league team badges here came up blank versus the 'scales of justice' logo on this chap's shirt. Even Thailand, Vietnam top leagues came up blank, so probably just a local company/ministry I guess. Thanks for looking :)

I'm not quite sure what to do with this one - I think perhaps it is worth a -1 as the football shirt wearing dude here is actually the victim of being hit on the head with ... a spoon! But not wishing to take away from the thugs that be, I think we'll go with a new category. So, thanks to "Spoony", new rule that victims in football shirts are eligible for the "Fair Play" award, game on!!!

Quite glad I opened the "fair play" award, despite the crappy scenes in the match between the greatest team on the planet, West Ham United, and AZ Almaar, the Dutch also have a soft side ... i.e this victim!
