Police Detain 7 Young Vietnamese Girls in PhnomPenh KTV Raid

Immigration police arrested Vietnamese for living illegally.

Phnom Penh: Immigration police went to check the living document and arrested some Vietnamese both male and female for living in Phnom Penh without documents.

The operation of eradicating the illegal living of foreigners especially Vietnamese took place on 10, June, 2015, in Vietnam KTV, located in house #107, street 110, Wat Phnom commune, Daun Penh district. In this operation, police arrested 12 Vietnamese and there were 7 young Vietnamese girls among them.

After the arrest, police found that 9 of them have enough documents to be able to live in Cambodia. They can continue to live in Cambodia and those who have no document will be deported out of Cambodia.

Immigration police confirmed that on 10 June 2015, 10 Vietnamese who were caught before had been deported out of Cambodia via Bavet border.

Police continued, the operation to check living document of Vietnamese and other foreigners was directly ordered from the government in order to prevent living illegally.

Phnom Penh: Police General Department of Immigration Ministry has continued to search other papers and detained ethnic Vietnamese who live in lawlessness in the capital.

Minister Police General Department of Immigration confirmed that on the morning of 10 June 2015, 10 Vietnamese nationals who were arrested in the past in Phnom Penh, was sent back to Vietnam through international SEZ.
By the same police officer searched campaign and permit inspection of Vietnamese and foreigners continued the instructions of the leaders of the government not to have a life without rules.
On June 9, 2015, police General Department of Immigration had also visited the checkpoint and inspected various documents of foreign workers, most of them ethnic Chinese in a building under construction behind the Russian Embassy Bassac commune with more than 100 foreign workers.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia: Immigration Police have detained seven women working in a KTV for living in Cambodia illegally.

The Vietnamese Karaoke House is located on street 110, in Sangkat Wat Phnom Daun.

It also sounds like a 5 year old boy was detained too, but NOT related to the KTV.

Immigration Police will continue their crackdown to rid Cambodia of foreigners living here illegally.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but, doesn't ជាតិវៀតណាម ១២នាក់ ក្នុង នោះស្រីក្មេងៗ៧នាក់ say '12 Vietnamese people of which 7 were girls'?
