Afghan women stopped from entering universities after Taliban ban

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

basically the brightest gals end up spending their most fertile years in studies, the most talented of their cohort might still be full time students into their late 20s, for example specialist physicians. Making things worse, these gals are going to have a much smaller pool of men who can meet their standard to marry and have kids with, many of them will never reproduce.

So every generation becomes dumber. look at the US politicians who are elected today, their speeches and their backgrounds, then compare going back every decade or so. its why it takes forever to get anything built, or to get infrastructure fixed. its why we cant go to the moon anymore. I wasnt supposed to, but in high school, i had the chance to study tests from every year before mine and the decline was clear.

Look to America where women have been educated and liberated the longest. pro Wrestling and Rap, not only are these the most popular forms of entertainment, but two serious presidential candidates, Trump n Kanye West, have backgrounds in each.

Hahaha and the sure source of that is an educated woman. I hope you aren’t in research.
Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

Yup - pretty much higher education removes too many of the smartest gals out of the breeding pool.

Gotta change things to where gals can have kids early, while studying via distance learning followed by attending university after pregnancy, to do labs and exams. I bet thats what the Taliban education ministry is up to right now.

Not long ago, Afghanistan had female ministers of government. Despite thousands of young women and men with a more modern education, they are few and seem to have little to no power over the Taliban clique.
Only briefly and as part of the USA installed puppet governments following their illegal invasion in 2001

They have (60 of 69 of those puppet female parliamentarians ) taken their embezzled millions and live in exile outside Afghanistan

Having heard some quite stupid ideas about a woman’s place, from women of an older generation who seem in agreement with the likes of the taliban mentality (and clearly a misogynist or one lurking here), it might be at least a decade before the female voice gains more status, there.

Denying education would help to protect the Taliban & keep control.

paying attn to women's voice peaked in the 00s
but then smartphones and social media showed us what women had to say unfiltered
'stock' in women's voice has been in market recession ever since
