Interpol Alert for 2 Polish Men Who Tortured Cambodian Woman in Pattaya

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

Polish suspects, Daniel Majewski, 22, and Mateusz Piotr Krynicki, 31, believed to be hiding in the Philippines
Banglamung police are hunting for two Polish suspects who allegedly brutally tortured a Cambodian female artist with a hammer and acid in Pattaya.

First our previous story:
A young female artist from Cambodia pled with a Thai lawyer to help her, alleging she was brutally attacked by a gang of Polish men in Pattaya. The suspects reportedly fled Thailand, according to Banglamung police.

Now for our update:
Pol. Col. Navin Sinthurat, police chief of the Banglamung police station, revealed to The Pattaya News today, December 9th, that the victim, Ms. Sere (alias), is recovering from her wounds in Bangkok Pattaya Hospital.
According to her statement, the 30-year-old victim works as a freelance artist for a Cambodian charity foundation and has been in Pattaya for a year.

Ms. Sere told police she has never known the suspects, but she was once threatened by a foreign friend’s ex-wife a while ago.

According to Pol. Col. Navin, the two polish suspects, identified as Mr. Daniel Majewski, 22, and Mr. Mateusz Piotr Krynicki, 31, deceived the victim into meeting them by using a woman’s picture as their profile picture on WhatsApp and saying they wanted to hire her for freelance painting. Once the victim met them, the suspects dragged her to an abandoned house in Naklua, tied her with a wire, sealed her mouth, and started torturing her.

Police said they gathered multiple pieces of evidence at the abandoned house. The items are being examined at the lab for the suspects’ fingerprints and DNA.

Information from the immigration office discovered that the suspects had stayed at an unnamed hotel in South Pattaya since October 20th. They then drove to the abandoned house in Naklua to survey the area on October 31st before committing the wrongdoing on November 1st, CCTV cameras found.

Majewski and Krynicki fled Thailand to the Philippines on November 3rd, while the Pattaya Provincial Court issued arrest warrants on them on November 10th for alleged collusion in physical assault and illegally detaining others.

Banglamung police are coordinating with Interpol to issue international warrants on the two.

Far out
Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.

More details: After a brutal premeditated attack, where a 30-year-old Cambodian woman artist living in Pattaya, Thailand, was tied up, repeatedly beaten with a hammer, slashed with a knife, and splashed with acid, the two prime suspects, Mateusz Piotr Krynicki and Daniel Majewski, both of Polish nationality, fled to the Philippines on 3 November, 2022.

Thai investigators retrieved CCTV footage of the two men in Pattaya and in the vicinity where the heinous incident took place. They also recovered latent fingerprints and DNA material from the scene of the attack. The arrest warrants for the two men are linked to charges of causing serious bodily harm to the victim who has been hospitalised since November 1st last with her injuries. They are also charged with false imprisonment of their victim.

Thai authorities have now asked for assistance from Interpol to track down the two wanted men, who are believed to be hiding out somewhere in the Philippines.

Cambodian assault victim – ex-wife of Australian boss denies involvement
Published on Sunday, December 11, 2022 12:20
By Jon Whitman
The ex-wife of an Australian man whose Cambodian employee was assaulted by two Polish men last month has been forced to deny any involvement in the shocking crime.

Katanyuta Oche, 49 years old, of Nakhon Ratchasima, told reporters that she heard in media reports that she was accused of involvement in the case in Pattaya.

Katanyuta denied knowing the Polish men who are wanted for the assault and were last heard of heading for The Philippines on November 3. Local police have asked Interpol for help.

The ex-wife of the Australian man said she had never phoned the woman to threaten her and had no reason to arrange such a crime. The allegations, she said, had damaged her personal and professional reputation, and she was ready to give her side of the story if asked by the police. Katanyuta said she planned to sue the pair over the allegations.

A coordinator for overseas documentaries in Southeast Asia, Katanyuta said she had visited Cambodia many years ago and remembers seeing the woman at a casting call, but did not know how her then-husband came to know the woman. Last year, she filed for divorce and the case is still in court. She said she had not been in contact with the man, other than to discuss taking care of their son who is studying abroad.

The victim reportedly told police after the assault that her life had been threatened by the ex-wife of her employer, a claim that did not come to light until lawyer Sittha Biabangkerd brought it to the attention of deputy national police chief Pol Gen Surachate Hakparn.

The victim required 260 stitches in her face, was hit with a hammer and had acid splashed on her genitals in a forest in Bang Lamung district on November 1.

Investigators identified the assailants, aged 22 and 31, from fingerprints and DNA left at the crime scene.

Pol Col Nawin Sinthurat, chief of the Bang Lamung police station, said on Friday the assault was planned and had all the hallmarks of a relationship conflict.

Interpol-manhunt for 2 sadistic fucks in south east asia, that's quite an open invitation for further fairly traumatizing developments in their self-inflicted fate...What a grim road to take in one's life, for such cruel deeds ? ...what the fuck, and to hell with them ^^
