Brave man drove his car to stop in front of prime minister HE’s mansion and kept honking. He requested to meet prime minister to talk about country matters. It’s believed he has mental problem.

Phnom Penh: A shocked event occurred in the early morning as there was a man drove his car to stop in front of the prime minister’s mansion and kept honking several times. He wanted to meet with the prime minster to talk about the history and social development. Then a group of body guards came to ask him and called for police to arrest him.

This event occurred around 5:10 am on 6 June 2015.

According to the source, “The man names Eang Borith, 32 years old, living in house #353, Steng Mean Chey commune, Mean Chey district, driven silver Camary car with plate number 2X-2633.

After police arrested and brought him to the police station in Daun Penh district for questioning, his relative arrived and claimed that the man has mental problem.

Yes; What if everybody (who has a problem) went and honked their horns in front of the sacred residence ?

Every time i drove pass that mansion, i have never looked at it as those body guards looks so much aggressive. They seem to always look at everyone drive close to the mansion.

Seems less to do with bravery than lunacy. Apparently he wanted to discuss ways to avoid WWIII.

And like LL said, he went to the wrong house. HS hasn't lived there in years, though I see him there for events sometimes. His father used to stay there but he died two years ago.

So where is he staying, and who's using the badass pool there?

I read somewhere else about this case last night. I can't remember in which local news. That article was claiming that the guy works in the senate. Wonder if he still has his job.
