NGO Car Driver Flees After Very Bad Parking
Cambodia News, 'Phnom Penh): At 1:00am on November 19, 2022, a traffic accident occurred when a Ford car, with license plate number ONG200 2-450 ,drove on to a road divider and hit a light pole, causing it to collapse, in Sangkat Toul Sangke II, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.
Witnesses say that they saw a Ford car driven very fast by an unidentified person who oversteered and hit a light pole, causing damage. There were no injuries or other damage to property, and the driver left the accident scene before police arrived.
The local traffic police came down to pick up the car and store it temporarily, waiting for the owner to come and resolve the problem of the payment of accident compensation with the authorities.

Pretty certain I have seen that around PP and it is driven by a western guy. In fact most of the NGO plated cars I have seen are driven by westerners.
