Found it already:

"Now that we're back together here in Cambodia, I look forward to building even stronger progress than we've already made, and I want to thank the Prime Minister of Colombia for his leadership as ASEAN chair and for hosting all of us," Biden said while meeting his counterparts in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in Phnom Penh.
Dumb but not such a big deal. At least he managed to get the first part right. :?

U.S. President Biden slips up on name of ASEAN summit host Cambodia

Reuters
PHNOM PENH, Nov 12 (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden on Saturday referred to Cambodia, which is hosting an international summit led by Southeast Asian leaders, as Colombia.

Any other president and we could just assume this was a slip of the tongue, but when it comes to Biden, you have to wonder if he really does know where he is or not.

"We" really need an age limit for politicians, which would rid us of Biden AND Trump. And of old bags like Pelosi and Clinton.

It's become sport for US media to focus on every and any misstep by the POTUS, and seems particularly so this and the past President

They both give conservative and democrat leaning media plenty grist for the mill for sure

Reminds me of Leslie Nielsen playing President in a Hot Shots movie
