The victim was over 20 years old, wearing black shorts, a black T-shirt and was unidentified. The victim had bruises on his arms, legs and head, as well as a bandage on his head.
According to a woman, on the morning of the incident, while she was walking through the above point, suddenly a tuktuk drove to a stop and the driver put the young man down to sleep on the road. The tuktuk driver then quickly escaped.
