Cambodia News, (Banteay Meanchey): According to Pak, the social media office, on the morning of November 8, 2022, a man was found dead at 6:10am on the side of the irrigation road in Snoul Tret village, O'Bei Choan commune, O'Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province.

According to the police, the body was found by Mao Chhorn, a 54-year-old man in Snuol Tret village, O'Bei Choan commune, O'Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province. According to Yi Ya, a 42-year-old man, who is a fellow villager, on November 7, 2022, there were five of them together, including the victim, drinking wine until about 5;30pm in a rice field near the irrigation road.

Police confirmed that after receiving the information, a committee was formed from local police experts, a medical team, and the family of the victim to examine the body and the scene. They found a deep cut to the back of the head, a broken right arm, abrasions of right ankle, and bleeding from right ear.
The committee concluded that the victim was first killed, then transported to the spot and dumped from a car, because there were traces of car tires next to the body.
