If I recall well my kid only received 3$ back last time.
Flew out with my kids on the 16th Oct, both got $7 refund, wife flew out 31st Oct got $7 refund, same as they always have.

(Too late to edit previous comment) to be precise, the tax refund is actually given in KHR, so appx. KHR28,000
