It's the usual deal, they're closing down Russian Blvd. so people can go straight to their hotel. Everything is so simple here. But the traffic is pretty bad during those hours. No matter who the VIP is. But I think Trump was wise not to show his ass here. His reputation as a ladies man is already tarnished enough. Cheers

PHNOM PENH – Prime Minister HE says ASEAN meetings in Phnom Penh next week are expected to lead to traffic disruption, urging people to understand the honor of hosting such a large gathering of world leaders.

The 40th and 41st ASEAN Summit and Related Summits are slated for Nov. 10-13. About 10,000 security personnel will be deployed to maintain order and security.

HE told a graduation ceremony of difficulties that would arise when roads were closed so that foreign guests can avoid traffic congestion. He said Phnom Penh citizens would be considerate.

The Cambodians I know definitely knew who Obama was, especially considering he was the first US president ever to visit the Kingdom. And they definitely noticed the mess the traffic was in. If you only know uneducated peasants then it's no big surprise if they don't know much other than the price of vegetables in the market and neighborhood gossip. He was a rude twat anyway. He was all smiles meeting the Myanmar junta rulers but couldn't bring himself to do the same with his hosts here because "human rights".

As far as I know much of the conference will be at the Sokha Hotel on Chruoy Changva.
