There’s no alleged in the case in question, this pedo admitted videoing the genitals of a seven year old boy, and I seriously doubt someone planted the kiddie porn found on his laptop.
Unless they’ve been living in a cave for the last twenty years, any sane person knows you do not photograph other peoples young children without the permission of their parents or guardian, you run the risk of getting your head cracked (or worse) by a parent or bystanders who catch you doing so, there’s been too many cases of weirdos photographing random kids and perving over the pictures.
FTR, I don’t need your permission for anything in relation to this site, nor do the Mod’s, and as for going “off topic” the topic is about a degenerate child molester teacher.

Sorry but I cannot see where I have made any false allegations that single white males are WRONGLY targeted by APLE or falsely accused. Stop reading words into a sentence that are not there.
It’s literally all allegations, you imply that APLE deliberately target single white males, that they will submit spurious evidence in order to convict them, and that APLE are more concerned about the money rolling in than they are about protecting children.

I wonder if you think he was a strange strange man before the arrest. It's pretty normal to me.
Going to prison it's not pleasant for anyone.
Apart from La Paz, I don't know of any prisons in tourist brochures, and I imagine he would be segregated.
If he's only been arrested (I say only, but mud sticks for schadenfreuders), then fortunately for him, US needs to prove he's guilty of a crime, as opposed to here.
From what I can see, his mouth-piece will instruct him to just to shut up, and let them try to prove it.

It was a long time ago but I remember there was a study done with volunteers being shown a bunch of photos and asked to determine who was a criminal and who was innocent. As expected, the results were total random. When shown the same photos again, but knowing who the criminals were, they suddenly agreed that they did indeed look like obvious criminals.

A Sutton, Massachusetts, man who has worked with kids as a magician for more than 20 years was first reported to authorities for inappropriate conduct with a child in January after being spotted caressing a boy in a park in Cambodia, court documents show.
In February, Action Pour Les Enfants (APLE), a Cambodian organization that works to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation, contacted FBI personnel in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, to report that Scott Jameson, 45, was engaged in inappropriate behavior and potential sexual exploitation of minors in Kratie, Cambodia, court documents said.
The organization told U.S. authorities that in January, an APLE employee observed Jameson with a Cambodian adult female and a Cambodian boy, who was around 10 years old, at a park in Sangkat Sla Kram, Siem Reap.
The APLE employee observed Jameson purchase food for the boy, provide his phone to the boy and then hug and caress the boy in a manner the employee thought was inappropriate, special agent Jennifer A. Morin wrote in an affidavit.
APLE employees later interviewed youth about their interactions with Jameson, officials said.
Two boys, both around 11 years old, told APLE employees that Jameson would sleep in a bed with them at a pagoda. Jameson would sometimes hug and hold one’s hand while sleeping and massage the other. However, both of the boys denied sexual abuse from Jameson, court documents said.
Jameson would later tell authorities that he has worked as a magician for more than 20 years, regularly performing at libraries and private and family events across New England usually for children as young as kindergarten age and up to the eighth grade, officials said.
Federal authorities in the U.S. were notified that Jameson, a dual citizen of the U.S. and Ireland, traveled to Cambodia again on Aug. 28. He returned to the U.S. on Oct. 19 and was stopped at Logan Airport where agents from the Customs and Border Patrol inspected his possessions, Morin said.
Jameson’s possessions included a laptop, cellular phone, a SIM card, 22 SD memory cards, five external hard drives, two digital cameras, and a mini flash drive, court documents said.
On one of the external hard drives, agents identified a file that was a 12-second video that depicted “two male children that appear to be of Asian descent.” One of the boys appears to be 5 to 7 years old, Morin wrote.
“A hand that appears to belong to a white adult male then lifted the leg opening of the child’s shorts and fed the camera through the pant leg,” Morin wrote. “...The camera was then removed from the boy’s shorts, showing the child’s face. The bare legs of what appears to be an adult white male can be seen on the floor next to the child as the camera pans away.”
Agents seized Jameson’s devices and transferred them to the Department of Homeland Security Investigations for further forensic reviews, courts documents said.
In an interview with Morin and Massachusetts State Police Trooper Timothy Crowley, Jameson said he lived in Sutton and had spent the last six weeks in Krâchéh, or Kratie, in Cambodia.
“According to Jameson, while in Cambodia he films YouTube videos, including videos depicting the daily activities of monks,” Morin wrote. “Jameson stated that he travels to Cambodia multiple times a year and likes to see how the people of Cambodia live.”

Upon his return to the United States on Oct. 19, 2022, Jameson was stopped at Logan Airport. During a search of his belongings, a video was discovered which he produced during his most recent trip to Cambodia, depicting the genitals of a young boy, 5-7 years old.
During a subsequent interview with law enforcement, Jameson stated that he worked as a magician for over 20 years, regularly performing at libraries and private and family events across New England, usually for children as young as kindergarten age and up to the eighth grade. He admitted to creating the video and transferring it from his camera to a hard drive that he possessed when he was stopped at Logan Airport.
The charge of engaging in illicit sexual conduct in foreign places provides for a sentence of up to 30 years in prison, up to a lifetime of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000. The charge of transportation of child pornography provides for a sentence of not less than five years and not more than 20 years, up to a lifetime of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and statutes which govern the determination of a sentence in a criminal case.

I don't know about you--perhaps you guys are different-- but if I wasn't guilty of a crime, especially a morally heinous crime, I'd never plead guilty even to get lesser time, I'd let the evidence present itself on the record so even if I was sent to jail wrongly, at least that would stand on its own (unless ofc the US government manufactured the evidence, which isn't entirely unbelievable, but wouldn't seem warranted in such a small case where they usually pursue the lowest-hanging fruit)BOSTON – A Sutton man who worked as a magician for over 20 years was sentenced today in federal court in Boston for exploiting children in Cambodia.

You would risk being in prison the rest of your life (and die there) as opposed to seven years in prison? Just on the belief of innocence?
Lots of people in prison have played those odds and lost. Some on death row.
Judging from the responses of some members of CEO, this low hanging fruit crime is so heinous that it demands punishment.
