Drunk Chinese Man Attacks City Pavement with a Lexus

Cambodia News Phnom Penh: At 2:10am, on October 12, 2022, a drunk Chinese man drove his car off the road and damaged the pavement in Srah Chak commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, a drunk Chinese man was seen driving a white Lexus CT200h, with license plate Phnom Penh 2BH-4779, traveling along Road 47 at high speed. He then swerved abruptly to the right to go on to the Chroy Changvar Bridge, but he lost control of his vehicle and drove into the pavement by the roundabout.
The police arrived shortly after the incident to record the incident and tow the vehicle away for storage at the Land Traffic Office of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police to wait for the owner to come forward and pay for the damage he caused to city property.

Innocent until proven guilty. It should read.. Pavement causes car with Chinese driver to crash. A lawyer in defence would argue that if they had no pavement this accident would never have happened.
