ACE School's Michael Strahan (Teacher Michael in Cambodia) Admits to Grooming Underage Student in Cambodia

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

Remarkable that I can't see a single negative comment on that TikTok video. Not sure how TikTok works, but I'm guessing it's possible to delete people's comments that you don't like?

Seems extremely unlikely that not a single person (that I can see at least) has even made reference to his 'recent episode', let alone said anything negative about it.

What's up with these barely literate posts with completely fucked up quotes? Are we supposed to try and decipher that tripe? Fuck that.

Go with the flow, John. I find the way these threads go off topic so randomly, a great source of entertainment. There's a lot of boring stuff out there on the internet.

Guy at work was a nuclear physicist working on Nuclear cruisers, Carriers, and subs. When he joined the military, he wanted to be a Medivac. Uncle Sam told he would be a nuclear engineer and sent him off to school. After his enlistment was over, he hated working on civilian reactors and quit. Changed careers a few times since then.
How an a person be a MediVac?
I thought it was a thing people did when sick.

Do you mean a paramedic?
They also call the medics that care for the patient/s enroute to a hospital, Medivacs.
After having spent several years in the military, and working in the private security industry in hostile environments for many more years where medevacs were a regular occurrence, I have never once heard of the medics that care for the patient/s enroute to a hospital being referred to as "Medivacs"...they are simply Medics, and bloody great at what they do too, much respect to all the Military medics out there.

Medevac/Medivac = Medical Evacuation
You didn't exactly say I was wrong, and likewise, I'm not saying you're wrong. You're just stating you've never heard the reference. Nice ass-covering wordage.

medivac
noun

The emergency transportation, usually by air, of patients to a medical facility.
A vehicle used for emergency transportation of patients to a medical facility.
Trained personnel who care for patients during emergency transportation to a medical facility.

Not that I give 2 shits, but source? Cambridge dictionary does not refer to a person as a medevac in many examples in sentences or definitions. Nor could I find any other reference for that term as being a person.

I can't imagine a trained medic in that context saying "I'm a medevac or medivac."

Me either. My first flying job included among other interesting stuff, medevac services. Med evac. I was flight crew. There might be doctors/paramedics/nurses. (Medics as a very loose term until we knew who was coming).

The operation was medevac. Not the personnel. It’s the sort of mixing of terms that you might get when someone throws the jargon about with no real understanding what they mean.
