Think of steroids like this. The main hormone in men is testosterone, and in females it is estrogen. If you are going to call testosterone a steroid then you would have to include estrogen in the same category. I don't hear you calling out women for taking the steroid estrogen in the birth control pill .

Testosterone is a steroid but conversely a steroid is not testosterone.

Those aren't reading glasses. People don't wear reading glasses during workouts.

I’m not an expert on workout spectacles protocol, but when your glasses are such that you need to look down to see through them, they’re reading glasses, also the fact he’s looking through them to read his telephone, confirms they’re not for seeing at distance.
