Whatever you do, do not acquire any spoken English from a scot, and especially not a weegie. They’re nearly as incomprehensible as the welsh, but with few letters.

For British crime dramas, line of duty is very good.

Also bodyguard a few years ago was worth a watch. Although both very different to rosemary and thyme
