As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On 21 September 2022, a drunk man driving a car rammed through a tree, and then drove into a Ganzberg billboard, and then into a house at 1:20am, causing a surprise to the residents of Street 1800 in Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.

According to sources at the scene, prior to the incident, a drunk man was seen driving a black Lexus NX200t (Phnom Penh 2BB-0567), traveling along Road 1800 at high speed. When the car arrived at the bend of the road it lost control, did not turn, and rammed directly into a tree in front of the house, which then knocked down a Ganzberg Beer billboard which crashed into the gate of the house.
The metal doors of the house were damaged. The crash also broke two glass cabinets inside the house and severely damaged a Honda Scoopy motorcycle and a Highlander car parked inside the house. Fortunately ,no one was injured in the accident.

The local authorities arrived at the scene to measure and tow the vehicles to the Land Traffic Office of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police to wait for a legal financial settlement.
