TAKEO PROVINCE: In the past 7 days, the Takeo Province's Diverse Police Force has cracked down and closed more than 200 illegal gambling locations in the province.

This is according to Mr. Ouch Phea, the governor of Takeo Provincial Governor's Committee, who made a statement to the press on Tuesday morning, September 20, 2020.
LOVE it: 200 places raided so obviously they knew Exactly where to go, BUT only went when the orders from PP came down
to shut them down
and there goes the rice bowl ;-(

If HE hadn't spoken it would be business as usual, HE should be asking how come so many places were operating with impunity.

Gambling = Bad (unless in a casino)
10,000 arrested, 100's of places closed, dozens of computer shops fully stocked for free.

Human trafficking and slavery = Good
Any escapees are arrested, and it's called a labour dispute; case closed.

What a country...
