Buying Thai Baht - here or there?

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. That the thai-baht is weak to the dollar should be everywhere, even without knowing the exchange rate from anything, i always look whats the difference between buy and sell, if thats under 2% you are at a good place, because they dont rip you off,
and that works in the whole world/
I ve seen place from 15% difference in some airport, dont remember exactly where, probably Barcelona !! ??
