Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): Two men riding two motorbikes, stopped along Rathop Road in order to beat up a homeless man at 02:30 am on 4 September 2020, Toul Kork district, Phnom Penh.
According to sources close to the scene, the victim was seen walking along the road on foot in the west-east direction until two motorcycles stopped next to him, and one man took a metal bar to strike the victim, leaving him seriously injured, and then the suspects drove off. According to preliminary information, the attack on the defenseless man had no motive other than gratuitous violence.


Mr. Ung Sopheak, Deputy Commissioner of Toul Kork said that after receiving information from concerned citizens, he immediately led his officers to intervene at the scene and he has ordered the Toul Kork Armed Forces to search for the suspects urgently and place them under arrest.

The deputy went on that he also contacted the ambulance to pick up the victim as soon as possible, and they immediately rushed the man to the hospital, but his condition is still uncertain.

If I recall correctly, in the second picture, the rider played by Phil Daniels, has stolen the scooter from the character played by Sting.
