Anti-Drug Police Arrest One Chinese Man and Seize More Than 100 Kilograms of Drugs

Cambodia News, Preah Vihear Province: On August 30, 2022, at 12:32, the specialized force (A9) of the Department of Anti-Drug Crime led by Major General Yin Panharith, and with the participation of Preah Vihear, Stung Treng and Sihanoukville Provincial Police with the coordination of Mr. Ty Sovinthal and other officials, investigated and led a massive raid on a suspected drug warehouse on Tumnup Cham Sneh Road in Koki Village, Bit Trang Commune, Prey Nob District. Sihanoukville Province.
As a result, a 36-year-old Chinese man named TU SUERONG was taken into custody and the exhibits were confiscated, including:
- 100 packs of ketamine, weighing 1kg, equal to a total weight of 100 kg and 80 g.
- 1 car
- One mobile phone.
Currently, the suspect and the seized evidence have been sent to the Preah Vihear Provincial Police to build a case for the Preah Vihear Provincial Court according to the procedure.

Cambodia News, Preah Sihanouk Province: The Anti-Drug Department cooperated with the joint police forces to crack down on cross-border drug trafficking, with the arrest of a Chinese national and more than 100 kilograms of drugs confiscated.

This operation took place on August 30, 2022 at the point of the love tree in Koki village, Bit Trang commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province.

During the operation, the police arrested a suspect named TU SUERONG, a 36 year old Chinese national. They seized items included 100 packages of ketamine, weighing 100.8 kilograms, a car, and a mobile phone.
