Chinese Driver Overturns on Monivong Road Barrier

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): At 1:00am, on 29 August 2022, a traffic accident occurred along Monivong, Sangkat Boeung Trabek, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh during a heavy downpour, in which a black luxury car (Phnom Penh 2AM -5377) hit the road barrier, causing it to overturn and become damaged.

Eyewitnesses saw the black luxury car was being driven by an unidentified Chinese man at high speed during heavy rain. When the driver arrived at the scene, the car hit the barrier of the road causing it to overturn. The driver was seriously injured from the accident and he was transported by tuktuk to the hospital immediately.

Local traffic police went to the scene to investigate, and took the vehicle in question away for temporary storage at the Land Traffic Office of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police, awaiting further legal procedures.

A bit of nostalgia before those new flyways are coming. Can't even imagine what they are going to do with those.
