Are there any telecom companies in Cambodia that do not require you to top up monthly in order to keep your number?

Are there any telecom companies in Cambodia that do not require you to top up monthly in order to keep your mobile number? Smart and cellcard will delete your number if you do not top up after a month.
Essentially what I'm asking is: are there any telecom companies that have 'pay as you go' plans in which you're allowed to keep your number without topping up on a monthly basis? Metfone maybe?

I have Smart number, and if i top up 2 U$ it stays good for 15 days, and then It takes 3 months before you lose your number, that makes it 3.5 months, if you stay in KOW for 6 weeks, and leave for 10.5 months, it will cost you 6 U$, and you can top up from anyplace in the world with the app, i am using this system since januar. Works perfect for me . . .

That would require paying for a whole year. I'm trying to have a phone number without having to pay constantly/a lot for the privilege.Jerry Atrick wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 6:30 pmall of them have a yearly package - check website or ask in store for tariff detailsJJJJS wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 5:42 pm Are there any telecom companies in Cambodia that do not require you to top up monthly in order to keep your mobile number? You would pay once per year. Costs roughly $50 iirc. Or top up a dollar per month using internet banking to keep a regular one liveJJJJS wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 7:58 pmThat would require paying for a whole year. 1 dollar would keep it live for just a month or potentially longer?Jerry Atrick wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 8:01 pmYou would pay once per year. Costs roughly $50 iirc. Thanks. Would you know if any 'pay as you go' plan exists in Cambodia with any company, as opposed to this 'number lifecycle' (blackmail) plan?Clutch Cargo wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 8:21 pm I got this from Smart a few months ago so I think current if it helps..
