Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On 16 August 2022 at 10:20 pm, two suspects who were actively involved in motorcycle theft fired two shots at the military forces before fleeing on a Click motorcycle.

According to the Armed Forces of Sen Sok District, during a patrol on 16 August 2022, at the Total Gas Station on the road in front of Atwood Market, they observed the two suspects who were trying to break the lock of a white Honda Click motorcycle which was parked at the Total gas station.
When the two thieves saw the military police they fired a gun and made their escape. The military police then entered the petrol station and checked the security camera, where they saw that the same two suspects had come into the petrol station earlier that evening and stole a Honda ADV motorcycle. The two suspects were then returning for a repeat perfomance at the Total Station when they were interrupted by the police patrol, and they took off on their motorbike before the officers could react. The police are tracking down the suspects who were captured on the CCTV at the station.
