Unfinished Building Projects.

I haven't been to Snooky for a while now, but I still see on Utube videos lots of unfinished buildings there. The unfinished building problem did not seem to affect PP so much, but I see a new project near me that has come to a halt and another far away has also come to a halt recently. Do you think the China problem is now starting to affect Cambodia's capital PP.
I was contemplating buying another property while prices are low, but maybe the low prices might hang around for a bit longer or at least until the Aussie dollar hopefully recuperates a bit.

Seems like work has stopped on the huge building site near Old Bridge in Kampot.

Any updates on what's happening?
