Teen Gang Arrested for Robbery in Chroy Changvar

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On July 12, 2022, at 3:00 am, near the Borey Grand Phnom Penh, on street 1300, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, a 49-year-old man, Yu Voun was robbed by an gang of 7 teenagers on motorbikes from Chroy Changvar.

The suspects were:
- Nget Menghong, an 18-year-old man from Svay village, Kandal province
- Kha Bunsiem, an 18-year-old man from Sangkat Prek Leab, Khan Chroy Changvar
- Mom Samnang, an 18-year-old man from Sangkat Bakheng, Khan Chroy Changvar
- Na Saifong, an 18-year-old man from Sangkat Bakheng, Khan Chroy Changvar
- Heng Nam, an 18-year-old man from Sangkat Prek Leab, Khan Chroy Changvar
- Phai Reaksa, an 18-year-old man from Sangkat/Khan Chroy Changvar
- Mean Samnang, an 18-year-old man from Kieng Kleang village, Sangkat Chroy Changvar
The police seized 3 motorbikes: a Honda Dream (license Rattanakiri 1F-3460), a Suzuki Nex (PNH 1HC-4064), and a Honda Dream(PNH 1JA-2890).
The motorbikes were held in custody for further proceedings.
