It's Mekong View 6. It depends if u like chroy chongva area overall.

- The area there is relatively quiet and do not have as many coffee shops/restaurants/..
- U will need moto/car to reach center (is not that far, takes around 10 minutes by moto if no traffic).
- It's quite safe during the day.. at night is less people around, so maybe better avoid walking alone 3 a.m
- I never lived there bust heard most of occupants there are Khmer
- It's also a hotel.. so please make sure ur room is not next to hotel room.. cause sometimes there might be noisy guests.
- No flood

You "iz kidding right" :D just google Coffee Shops Chroy Changvar, its wall to wall". There are some very nice coffee shops/restaurants along route 6, and lots around Prek Leap. There are also good shops such as Thai Huat and Bayone for cheese, pate and wine etc. There is an excellent butchers and fish shop, Choronai https://www.choronai.com/ that stocks lobster, salmon and oysters among other things (check the website)

Chroy Changvaar is a nice place to live if you like quiet and an absence of barangs :D I have lived in Phnom Penh 26 years and the last 10 in Chroy Changvar.

Not kidding at all.. i didn't say it has no coffee shops but i am sure if u calculate average coffee shops/restaurants per square meter it will be less then BKK's/TTP/TK areas.
Is less developed then PP center.. but is it good or bad everyone decide himself
