Take him to different restaurants and ask him to guess the type of cuisine and the name of drinks
Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement.

Introduce him to a deaf guy, tie them both up, throw them in the boot of your car then drive them to Santiago, Chile. Once there, if they're still alive, strip them of their clothes, money as well as all personal belongings, and tell them if they can get to Rome within thirty days without flying or taking a bus, they'll win.......something.

Take him to a sensory deprivation/float tank. I've heard of people being given a free ticket and getting hooked on the experience.

As he's married, fun has pretty much been removed from his life, being blind or otherwise.

I did like the nasty surprise bungee jump idea though.

Too specific to do not be a personal experience, is my guess.
The things we still do not know about you scares me...
