4SALE Hummus House (Formerly Beirut) on Phnom Penh RiverSide

If you are looking for a business to buy in Cambodia, you've come to the right place! This is a section where owners can post their businesses for sale and where others in the community can ask questions about starting a business here. Foreigners can own 100% of a business here in Cambodia, and it's a pretty simple process to buy or sell, whether it's a bar, restaurant, hotel, or anything else. Have questions about what paperwork is needed for your company? Ask away. Curious if the expat bar on Street 136 selling for $100,000 is a good deal? Start a discussion on CEO and we'll let you know what we think.

Those photos could drive one to commit pre-masticated hummuscide.

I was a regular customer at their first venue, maybe once a week. Then they moved.

The lamb wrap that I'd always ordered became a quest for the grail. Sometimes it would give enough to bring you back the next week, and other times I was disappointed, but then, the last time I went, I got a real dud and I've never been back since.

Gotta be more to it, but for me, they blew it with the move and the subsequent lack of quality control.

I used to eat here often, but after the move I started going to Petra for Middle Eastern food.

We had home delivery from Hummus last night, and apart from the 2 hour wait it was good. A little exxy, but enough of everything we ordered and it arrived fresh and warm.

Saying you had to wait 2 hours for delivery dos t make them sound good.

There is no way I would wait that long for my order to arrive.

Agreed. That Indian place (Sher E Punjab?) around the corner can deliver in under an hour...

Yeah, personally I wouldn't wait any longer than 45 mins for food delivery unless told in advance they were busy and there would be a delay so I could choose if I wanted to wait or not.

These guys have done mediocre food and service in all of their various incarnations. I've been served cold and lousy food after a long wait when I was the only customer. I don't particularly wish them well in yet another venture because they give a poor impression of how good the cuisine can be. I'm sorry the Palestinian guy that came into Garage wanting to set up a Falafel cart didn't, he would have killed these guys.

Although this is an old topic, admin you should edit the info/title as HUMMUS HOUSE was/is not for sale, SIZZLER (formerly beirut spot) was on sale and its sold already.

Hummus house new location is open and packed everyday and they do accept positive criticism and work on them.

Thanks
