Phnom Pehn Current Vibe

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

About 6 or 7 maybe even sometimes more but that's just a rough guess. I would have went that route but it was the case of getting 2 connecting flights. Durian fruit is usually frowned upon in most hotels but if you are discreet you will find a taxi as soon as you leave the airport to take you straight there for cash. Hence Buddhism is the main language but at the moment it's about 10 past 8am in New York so I'd probably wear a helmet if I were you. The rain normally hits hard in October but I just got back from putting $120 fuel in my car.
Not sure if it started out as a troll, but it seems like you've just figured "ahh, what the hell, let's see how long I can keep them biting." :stir:
I'm no troll and it wasn't a reply to you.
Pretty hard to mind your own business on a forum.
Understandable. Just wanted you to know I wasn't having a go at you.

Because I know I'm a bad judge of character, if I get along with someone, I leave.

It would be interesting to know what is going on in Phnom Penh right now I was looking at booking.com for the hotel section and there appears to be a lot less places advertised in booking.com as previously and the selection is not very good so I presume that some hotels are not operating as they once were or closed down and I presume that the vibes of Phnom Penh are quiet and lot less fascinating maybe but they would certainly be different but not too happy to hear that the price of the beers is so going up and unfortunate is that but I guess the Khmer people have to try and get some money and some way from The Tourist.
More than just any old backpacker.
