Misbehaving expats should have similar type punishments imposed on them. Having to spend a month living with The Pieman would be as good a deterrent as you could get.

By looking at some of the expats in Kampot or 172st I suspect they may have already received the same punishment.Kung-fu Hillbilly wrote: ↑Wed Jun 15, 2022 8:21 pm Misbehaving expats should have a similar type punishments imposed on them. As to the shaven headed ones mentioned, it would be funnier still if they were required to sport their new hairstyles for a suitable period, as a probabtion.

Having your hair cut doesn't seem much of a punishment at all
Does it really stop people from committing crimes ?

What should the punishment be for carrying something that every house and rice farmer possesses?jaynewcastle wrote: ↑Thu Jun 16, 2022 1:01 pm Having your hair cut doesn't seem much of a punishment at all

Slap on the wrist with some humiliation so that they hopefully dont want to act cool by riding around with it again?

They look like hardcore crims to me. I doubt that a haircut will change that.Albror wrote: ↑Thu Jun 16, 2022 1:26 pmWhat should the punishment be for carrying something that every house and rice farmer possesses?jaynewcastle wrote: ↑Thu Jun 16, 2022 1:01 pm Having your hair cut doesn't seem much of a punishment at all

If they get a job out of it, I think that's a good deed.

Seriously, is having a shaved head embarrassing or something for Cambodians ?, just curious as to why its considered a punishment when many men around the world voluntarily shave their heads ?Albror wrote: ↑Thu Jun 16, 2022 1:26 pmWhat should the punishment be for carrying something that every house and rice farmer possesses?jaynewcastle wrote: ↑Thu Jun 16, 2022 1:01 pm Having your hair cut doesn't seem much of a punishment at all

I've had a shaved head for over 30 years & would hate to think that when I go to Cambodia, the locals must think I'm a criminal
