Hope Worldwide Community Medical Center has closed?

Today I went to HOPE for a pain in my chest. However, the place had been taken over by a private clinic. Google then sent me into the middle of nowhere (at a car dealer). The webpages have expired as well. Any hope left for Hope? Have they just moved, or is this the end of international standard medical services for affordable prices in Phnom Penh?
Driving on Cambodian roads is just like playing a classic arcade top scroller. The only difference is a force feedback controller, the limitation to only one life and the inability to restart, once Game Over
